Varun Bhardwaj
Background
Product leadership across ads infrastructure, e-commerce marketplaces, cloud platform, construction software and medical devices, by way of engineering and patent law. What's below is the short version, so email me if you want the full résumé.
Meta · 2025 – 2026
Staff Product Manager, Signals Acquisition
I led the launch of personalized recommendations across advertiser-facing and agent-facing surfaces, including Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, which grew advertiser adoption of priority actions and beat the incremental revenue target. I also built a data quality platform that improved signal quality for downstream ads performance, and defined a multi-year data supply strategy covering automation, sharing quality and activation.
Walmart · 2025
Staff Product Manager, Marketplace Global Seller Support
I led product strategy for Guided Workflows, a low-code platform that standardized case resolution for the contact-center agents supporting Walmart Marketplace sellers, across seller-fulfilled orders and Walmart Fulfillment Services. I also built the prioritization framework, weighing case volume, handle time, process complexity and automation potential, that aligned Operations, Engineering and Design on the highest-impact support workflows.
Dropbox · 2021 – 2024
Group Product Manager, Cloud Platform and Intelligence
I defined, built and shipped the data intelligence platform behind Dropbox Dash, a zero-to-one AI-powered universal search product, which meant getting platform, product and leadership teams aligned on a knowledge-graph architecture that improved search success. I launched Advanced Key Management for the enterprise storage business, which lifted retention and made enterprise security a core value driver. I also owned product strategy for internal and external storage APIs, where unlocking an external backups API opened up partnerships, and I managed a team of product managers supporting the Cloud Platform engineering organization.
Autodesk · 2019 – 2021
Product Manager, Construction Field Collaboration
I owned BIM 360, Autodesk's field collaboration product for construction, which gets used on jobsites to keep drawings, issues and inspections in one place. I grew product usage year over year, which meant aligning leadership, cross-org stakeholders and external customers on priorities and complex dependencies. I shipped collaboration features that hit retention goals, and built experimentation and customer feedback loops across Sales, Marketing, Support and product analytics.
iHear Medical · 2014 – 2019
VP Operations, General Counsel
I led commercialization of an online hearing care platform, growing it into a revenue-generating business by translating customer, regulatory and operational requirements into product priorities. I defined the product vision and led the cross-functional team that brought a novel hearing aid with integrated hardware and software to market.
